cd list

well...there is good news and bad news.

Bad news is that my car got broken into today and about 200 of my CDs were stolen.

Good news is that insurance will cover new cds. More good news is that the car was broken into in an urban area, and whoever stole the cds got a nice Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, Hank Williams Jr. and Dwight Yoakam collection...which I find funny

suggestions?

 

I agree with Heather, get yourself an Ipod and as for music. If you let me know some of your fave CD's (artists and albums) I can get them to you electronically free of charge.

Sorry to hear about your car though, that still sucks.

my auto insurance only covers glass and frame damage....and my renter's doesn't cover things left inside the car.

Cash has zero cash cds anymore :x

I do, however, have a friend who is quite the country music-lovin' woman (that phrase just makes me laugh now, thank you Arrested Development!), so I could probably tap into her resources...

That blows. The one time my car got broken into, they stole the faceplate of the CD player Jux had installed for me as a Christmas present, but not the whole stereo. So, no insurance love, and now I'm back to a cassette deck (which I use to plug in the Ipod). So, I feel your pain, my friend...

Well it may be a little bit better. My car's registration is also in my dad's name. So my dad's home owner's insurance may cover the cds. I just remembered that my $400 camera was also in the car. I'm gonna find some way get someone's insurance to pay for it.

that sucks JC....i completley agree on the whole ipod thing though...i have approx 800 CD's and 300 peices of vinyl that is just on one ipod now...i was very grateful for it when i moved house the other day and only had to shift the ipod!

So...Making a list of 224 missing CDs really sucks.

I didn't realize how much Crap I had in my collection.
