Crew game summary

    Dont take too much from this match... though the Crew showed better than I had thought they would, and Fulham came out a little tentative... the 2nd half showed the direction of the team.

    While Crew players scored all three goals there were dangerous chances by Fulham, in both the first and second, that a little more honing should correct.
    And it was kharma that Wingert suffered the own goal as he had been close to being cited for mugging his marks several times throughout the match.
    I didnt think Helguson did much, he is no doubt getting used to his teammates pace and getting in synch with the flow.
    Collins had a couple good setups and chances stifled either by misconnections or
    Another facet in the result is that the Crew is in midseason form and since changing managers, all the players are vying for spots in the starting lineups. Add that to the fact that the Crew was never bottom dweller talent.. only played like they had a psychological flu and, since the change, have improved on the field immensely.

    Now the boys know what to expect on Saturday, I'm sure they will rise to the occasion... still wont be easy though.
