...your pick for a FulhamUSA day at Craven Cottage??

With the fixture list now announced, let us know what match we should try and get some American fans together to attend a home match.

I have spoken to the club and they will help with getting travel, accomodations and a block of tickets for us.

    COYW's.

One thought: Sunderland on Monday January 2nd. The nice thing about that is there are four games that week for anyone who want to go crazy:

    Mon 12/26 Chelsea A
    Wed 12/28 AV H
    Sat 12/31 Portsmouth A
    Monday 1/2 Sunderland H

The other thing is that the odds of beating Sunderland ar pretty good.

As I said in the other thread, I am likely going for the Feb 1 match vs Spurs and then up to Old Trafford for the match against Manchester United.

The above dates likely would not work for me with New Year's and the Holidays. But, you never know.

The other point you make in the earlier thread is a good one, too--cheaper airfares.

I don't know if I can swing a trip to the Cottage this season. My international travel budget is pretty much tied up with the World Cup. If I did go, some time in late January or February would probably be best.

the airfare may be a little bit more...but London really sucks in January and February, cold and rainy, it'd be nice to go in the fall or spring when its a little bit nicer outside for people who haven't been to london.

I think it would be nice to go for a few days and have the opportunity to travel with the club to see an away game too. I never did that when I lived over there.

Plus its an opportunity to see other parts of England.
