Think of it... more employment! Now for staff to make sure that sexual aids/meds arent given to those who will use them for wrong reasons.

On a side-note: It's time for classifications to be re-written. How many then- 18 y.o.'s are listed on the roles of sex offenders who were convicted of having a BF/GF relationship with a minor?

That doesnt affect ME, for example.. but 40 odd years ago it could have.
