I wondered if it might be an idea for some us regulars to share some of our "Fulhamish" experiences. This might help people to understand how this club gets into and turns your blood black and white.

I remeber travelling up to a mid-week away game at Chester City and enduring a 7-0 defeat (it might have been 7-1!) and on the following Saturday seeing the then manager, Ray Lewington, being presented with the "manager of the month award".

If there is a game that we should win, we generally loose it or make hard work of it. Then we go to Old Trafford or St James Park and win - thats Fulhamish. I was told that the word was once under consideration for an enrty to the dictionary! Dont know if this is true or not.

    Simon,
I like this idea. I think people should have at it in this thread and write their Fulhamish experiences. Have a go at it all!!

Being chased back into the ground by 50 QPR fans because they could not find anyone else to fight other than me and my best mate. Hiding behind the seats while they looked for us and pissing our pants laughing (quietly & nervously) while they came close to finding us but eventually gave up. Not fun but the only time I ever close to being in trouble at Fulham and hiding behind the seats in the ground just seemed Fulhamish.
