I'd predicted this when Katherina Liebherr fell out with Cortese and he walked. Once he was out, it was only a matter of time before Pochettino followed....and then the players lose the incentive to stay over offers from bigger clubs. Southampton have gotten a ton of money in return for those departures, so if they reinvest it well in the side, they could be okay long term. But that much change at one time has definitely put their Premier League existence in very serious jeopardy. These things happen when a good owner passes away and his kids inherit the club.
