We have the Phoenix Landing listed on our Pub Map section, other than that our Boston members would have to pipe in with their suggestions.

Ash, I'm sure Jimsig (who lives in Boston) will reply at some point this week, so periodically check this thread. As Heather said, Phoenix Landing on the pub map will have it. Sounds like you have extended family in the US, be sure to recruit a yank or two from the group to go with you. If they don't follow football, tell them the other team has the US starting goalkeeper. If that doesn't work tell them it's excuse to have a pint or two.

When I was in Boston last summer, we watched the Confederations Cup at Clarke's on Merchant's Row near Faneuil Hall. It's a great location for a visitor and the bar was loaded with football (soccer) fans, and the have TV screens everywhere. However, I'm not sure they are willing to open at 10am EDT so people can watch a soccer match. Some bars will do that, some won't. You'd have to call them. Like Joe said, Jimsig will likely have some good ideas.

Sorry been having computer issues the past two days and while trying to straighten them out I didn't have time to get on here. Figures the only time someone need's my so called expertise and I'm not around :D

As mentioned above Phoenix Landing is a great place to watch a match and will be open for the match according to the website. Luckily Liverpool play later as the Landing is the official Scouser pub in the area. It's actually in Cambridge, but a very quick subway ride on the Red Line to Central Sq.

Where are you staying in Boston? I can try and help you with directions if need be. I have been there a time or two, but not sure if I can make this Sunday, have a kids birthday party to take my daughter too north of the city around noon. If I can convince the wife...
