Bosman transfers

Maybe just a bit of wishful thinking, but has anyone else here looked at whose contracts are expiring in May? There's a pretty good team that could be had all off of bosman(free) transfers.

Link if you feel like entertaining the fantasy. Does anybody see us picking up anyone on that list? I could see Fabio, and maybe Kaboul.

 

The club hasn't splashed the cash on one big $$ transfer since Ruiz, and that looks to be ending very poorly for both parties. Not sure who on that list is available in Jan., but can't see anyone on the first page on of that list the club would go after. Big issue is if a guy is on a big club, it means he probably has big wages as well. Fulham is a middle of the Prem in terms of wages, but try to be very balanced and not overpay guys.

 

Those guys are all expiring contracts, as in come may they are free agents,which means no transfer fee. We could probably get one or two at a discounted rate if we wanted them in January.

 

Not necessarily, e.g. Kasami makes a couple million euros a year, as best I can find. Mame Biram Diouf makes about a million. I think we could use the fact that we can sign them on a free as leverage to get them here sooner.
