According to both SkySports and ESPN Roma are confirming the sale. Nothing from the Fulham end, but I'm thinking we can 95% say it's happening now. I'm tentatively really excited about this. Thanks to the Big Aussie for everything he's done for the club, but I look forward to more consistency for the next few years. Now let's shore up that central midfield...

Nothing happens until it's on the website.

How many of us have been around long enough to remember the photograph of Claudio Reyna holding a Fulham shirt one day prior to signing for Man City?

    Welcome Stekelenburg.

I guess the Mark Schwarzer appreciation thread will be here pretty soon.

I hope he is as good as everyone is advertising. At the very least our revamped defense should have time to gel over the summer.

Not sure. I think I remember reading somewhere that is was just bruising and nothing too serious.

I think the preliminary assessment was a deep bruise and he will be out at least a couple of weeks.

Yet another example of signing a player who lost his gig because of consistent injury problems. We get him and -- wonder of wonder -- he has injury problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is something seriously wrong with our front office and its philosophy of team building.

Like you said somewhere earlier HD, what goalkeeper hurts his shoulder diving to the ground for a ball? Ours, apparently. The upside is that Stockers is finally getting the chance he's deserved for a long time. And, surprise (said no one), he's pretty darn good.
