Welll .. at least that's a change from the crepe-hanging I've seen lately. When a manager (and club owner, dont forget) makes a positive move like that appears to be there is always hope.

He was at ManU when Berbatov was there. Could this be an attempt to get the belligerent Bulgarian back in line?

Most likely would be a boon for Fulham if he shows up.

But, who does number 2 work for?

Let's see, a recent vote of confidence by the board and rumors of a new assistant manager. Hmmm....

I know Aggie said he can't see the Fulham letting Jol go, but I am seeing more and more signs that it just might happen a lot sooner than he thinks.

Maybe I'm using reverse-psychology or hoping not to jinx it?

All the signs (or rumored signs) are lining up for a dismissal, I just don't have a lot of faith in the board to do it.

I have heard that he's getting a gig in Qatar. So, not for us!

I assumed that if he was coming, it was as a Number 2 to MJ. So perhaps the fact that he's not coming is a sign that MJ will be sent on his way after all? I'm reaching, I know, but hoping against hope.
