I am always nervous when I hear rumors of Al Fayed selling the team, because we have had it very good under him. The good news is, based on what these Forbes articles indicate, Kahn could be a good owner for the team. He seems to be fan-friendly, yet going out of his way to get what seem to be good (American) football people and letting them run the club.

Well, that was fast (insert that's what "X" said here). Thank you to Mr. Fayed and all of his staff for a brilliant run. Best of luck to Mr. Khan and the incoming ownership.

Wow. From rumors to a done deal in just a couple days. By most accounts I've read in this short time, it appears we're in good hands. Of course, only time will tell, but I'm happy to say I'm approaching this with cautious optimism. I'm also relieved that, with deal done so early, we still have time ahead of the season to make any personnel moves (on-pitch and off) before we kick off.

To what extend will Khan be "a custodian of the club on behalf of its fans?" We'll see, but I have to, at least, appreciate the sentiment.

Yeah, I agree. I was at least half-joking with my earlier comment about celebrity owners. He's saying all the right things, let's hope he means them and commits to them. I'm excited about the possibilities of cross-promotion with the Jags playing in London. I don't doubt he'll be scheduling a summer tour for Fulham in the US, with at least a stop or two here in Florida. Best of luck to Mr. Khan, if he's 2/3 the owner Chairman Mo was, we're in good hands.

I'll echo the "Thanks" going out to Al Fayed, though I do hope he chooses to relocate the statue of MJ now.....but he earned the right with the money he pumped into the club.

    Welcome, Mr. Khan!

Get exited after reading this article folks. That is the same message and philosophy he's been preaching concerning the Jags. Fulham has some exciting things coming down the pipeline.

It is interesting that Jacksonville was also just awarded an NASL franchise. While I think it is possible to support both soccer clubs, there will be some dire hards that wont be willing to. If I were the owners of this franchise I would make friends and a deal with Khan as soon as possible
