Sports betting

It's officially legal in Missouri starting tomorrow, so no more trips to Illinois. I'm not sure how I feel about the ability to bet so easily from my phone. The drive to Illinois to place a physical bet was kind of sobering. Should be good for the state's coffers.

 

@stlouisbrad, I can relate, we have to drive to Las Vegas to bet sports (like you, I kind of like having to travel). Every time it makes it to the ballot in Cali, the Vegas lobby pours money in w/infinite amount of advertising to defeat it.

If you’re like me and have lost bets in insane ways (doesn’t that equate to all sports bettors ?), that phone won’t be too tempting.
