Fulham takes on West London rivals, Brentford, in my least favorite time slot - Monday evening. That makes it in the middle of the work day for us and it will be on USA too, a network I don't have. Kickoff at Craven Cottage will be at 3pm EST.

Fulham is just a point and one place behind Brentford in the table. Brentford has been scoring a lot of goals this season, but they have yet to get a point away from home, although their away matches had them at Manchester City and United, Tottenham, and Liverpool. They'll be looking at Fulham as a good opportunity to finally get some points from the road.

Fulham will once again be looking to bounce back after late game heartache. Andersen will be back in the squad, but Lukic remains out. I like Fulham's odds a lot more with Andersen in the lineup, but with Brentford scoring 3 or more goals in four matches, Fulham will likely need their shooting boots on Monday. Unfortunately, I don't even know if Fulham owns a pair of shooting boots since they have only gotten 3 goals in a single match just once this season. Maybe with Boa Morte in town for a Forever Fulham award he can remind the guys how to put it in the net.

Please Fulham, no late collapses today. If Fulham take the lead, believe me, I will be screaming for them to add to it. I do expect a close and entertaining match, but hopefully not too stressful. I need a nice easy cruise down victory lane. Realistically though, as Micah said, a victory probably entails multiple goals. Fulham haven't been shut out since the opening night, but there has been a lack of consistency on the goal scoring front.

    The highlights!!!

What a finish!!! When was the last time we got to see the Hammersmith End erupt like that? After so many sucker punches Fulham have taken in injury time, that felt amazing! And against Brentford too! I was following the text feed since I couldn't watch and I have to be honest, I did not see that coming. It felt like it would be another case where Fulham outplayed their opponent but came away with nothing. It seems like guys who only score 2 or 3 goals in their career love to put away screamers against Fulham like Janelt's. I think Leno wasn't expecting a shot and just got caught wrong footed after shifting to his right. That would have been such a frustrating way to lose.

Then Harry Wilson brings the crazy and bags two improbable goals. But I guess that's what was needed. The Brentford defense was solid against the typical shots, so Harry went for the ridiculous and it worked. I'm still not sure what crazy geometry was needed to move the ball from his foot into the net, but it was magical. at that point I would have been happy with a draw and I was most worried about Fulham conceding another late winner. When I read that Carvalho had nearly done it I was jut begging for full-time. Thank goodness Fulham got one more shot. Just perfect.

I cannot wait to watch the replay and to hear GJ's commentary. I have to imagine he lost his voice and had to let Jamie take over.

We deserved the three points, no question, but Harry pulled that first one completely out of his ass. The trajectory and keeper reax reminded me a little bit of Deuce’s floated chip to beat Juventus in 2010. But the second…he still had a lot to do, but Jedi unlocked the gate after a fine, searching ball from none other than Tom Cairney. Robinson’s work to bamboozle three Bees defenders. I agree with all; it’s about bloody time we got some breaks going our way.

My mother-in-law's funeral was today so I couldn't watch live so I was periodically checking the score at the luncheon after. I checked the score somewhere around the 85th minute or so and saw we still trailed. 10 minutes later my phone was blowing up with activity from my STL based Fulham supporters Whatsapp group. The postings were pure elation. I finally got home and got to see it for myself. Wow. That was cool. The first goal definitely felt a bit like Dempsey's goal against Juventus. The second goal was just perfect. Thank you Harry Wilson you bringing some joy to my day.

    Oh. My. Fulham.

I was getting more and more frustrated as the match went on. Nobody looked like they were going to get a good shot on net and at least half the shots and crosses pinged directly off the first Brentford player they saw.

But then… sub magic! Wilson didn’t have the greatest of shots either, but both managed to find the net. Wow.

It’s late but I’m going to struggle to get to sleep tonight. The emotional seesaw will make it tough.

Back up into the top half of the table. :D

Very bad for my heart. I hope Marco has them running finishing drills--especially Traore and Nelson--all week before Crystal Palace.
@stlouisbrad - my thoughts are with you and your family.

Classic GJ! After the first goal, "There is a God!" After the win to the Brentford supporters "Get back to the bus stop. I'll be down at Morrison's tomorrow in me Fulham shirt on and they can have it all day long!" FYI, Morrison's is a grocery store chain.

And then the "all angles" treatment for the Wilson goals

After watching the all angles I'm coming around to Gentleman Jim's opinion that it was more skill than luck. Especially in the slow mo view from the goal line, he very intentionally chips it with the outside of his foot and then he does that spin to see what happens. I'm giving him more credit for that one now than I initially thought.

I wish I was as disciplined as @astroevan . However, it did save me 90 minutes. HOLY HARRY WILSON is right!
