    Is the Premier League finally going to hold the UAE owners accountable for spending from their bottomless pockets to buy the best team in the world without penalty? It would seem so. Although they don’t win every year, they usually begin the year as favorites, and if they want a player like, say, Erling Haaland, they just buy him, period. We’ll see…
