NHL Playoffs

Just to play devil's advocate...at least late start times provide the opportunity to watch the entire game. Most of the Kings games were starting around 6p Pacific. I'm rarely out of the office before 6:30, so by the time I'm home with the TV on, I've missed at least the first period if not half the game. I'm willing to sacrifice some sleep when my team's making a playoff run when the games run late. Much better than sitting at my desk knowing I'm missing it. Just the other side of the coin.

As for weekend games, I hear you there...no need to start those so late.
