Fulham has announced the primary sponsor for the 2022-23 season will be W88, a gambling site. Last season with World Mobile was a nice break from all the gambling sponsors, but they are going to be just a secondary sponsor this coming season. W88 has also sponsored Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Crystal Palace in the past so their logo will appear familiar.

The kit will be released this Friday and worn for the last pre-season match on Saturday.

Anybody know how long we’re stuck….I mean contracted with adidas? Could do worse (Kappa, anybody?), but the three stripes motif is starting to get a bit old.

    Here are the kits:

I'm okay with the home kit. The wavy pattern looks nice up close, but at a distance it just looks like a dark red that isn't part of the Fulham color scheme. I often don't like side panels, but these aren't too chunky.

There are many season when I prefer the away kit. The 2022-23 season will NOT be one of those. That away kit... my wife said the kindest thing "It isn't the ugliest thing I've seen."

Away kits have become the research and development department’s “let’s try some ****” canvas. Nothing they come out with surprises me much anymore. At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I’d be thrilled if we stuck with a permanent road kit design with black jerseys and white shorts. When necessary, you could also just go all black or all white, for example, when visiting Elland Road to play the traditionally all white clad Leeds United. My favorite away kit was the 2017-18 black over white GROSVENORCASINOS.com model. And we know how that season ended!

Someday, we'll have a sponsor that isn't a gambling site. THEN I'll get another kit jersey.

Agreed. As for the away kit, it doesn't look terrible from behind.

I thought it noteworthy that through seven matches this season - six Premier League and one Carabao Cup - the away kit has not been worn in any of the four away matches. The home kit has been worn six times and an all black alternate kit worn for the seventh.
