Fulham continues its series versus the united variants of COVID-19. The match is not televised anywhere because it is shit to watch.

COVID hasn't scored a direct hit on Fulham recently, but it has taken out enough players on Reading that the match scheduled for Wednesday is postponed. This follows the Boxing Day postponement of the Birmingham City match.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth and QPR were able to maneuver around COVID and played their match yesterday. Bournemouth won putting them into the top spot while Fulham waits for their next chance to earn points. Meanwhile West Brom lost again, putting them squarely in the playoff spots.

Hopefully Fulham can take the pitch against Swansea on Monday, but don't hold your breath - unless you are standing within six feet of someone with COVID, then please hold your breath.

I'm sitting at an urgent care right now waiting for the results of my test. Just read the Swansea game is off. How fitting.

Thanks for the encouragement. Yesterday was largely a fever. Today was a slight fever and cold symptoms. So hopefully this was the worst of it.

    Hang in there, Brad.

Oh, by the way, I saw this stat in a San Antonio newspaper: 99.5% of Texas COVID deaths were not fully vaccinated. Why folks can't see this and are fighting inoculation is beyond me.

The truth is difficult to convey at times, Don. My spouse and I are scheduled to get the Moderna booster next week at our county health department. She's feeling a little sickly, trying to keep what seems to be just a cold at bay so she can get it come Jan. 6th. I'm just crossing my fingers, hoping I don't catch it.

The booster has worked for my wife. Me and the 6 year old got COVID and she's tested negative. Wish I wouldn't have pushed it off and got it before Christmas. The 6 year old is symptom free today and I'm down to minor cold symptoms.
