Rumor has it that the reason that the stadium store is closing tomorrow (Sep 5) is so they can remove all of last year's merchandise and replace it with the new kits. We'll see....

I don't own anything yellow. Maybe I'll have to buy the new away kit.

godawful design and colors and another damned betting parlor as our sponsor

Someday there'll be London Pride on the front of the shirts and I'll buy one then.

I have to say, at first glance I like them both. I like the honeycomb pattern and the simple black shoulder design. Shirts with a collar are a plus for me too. The badge on the back based on the Cottage's ironwork is a nice touch. I've always been partial to yellow, although I know some will find it off-putting, but for me I really like the yellow kit.

As for the sponsor, I think Fulham will need to play better to make an improvement there.

The designs are fairly simple though the home jersey feels blocky to me. I do like the Craven Cottage design on the back. I suppose I wasn't expecting anything groundbreaking since last season just ended five weeks ago (which makes me ponder, do you think the kit would be the same if Fulham lost the playoff final?).

The away kit may take some getting used to. I'm still waiting to see the full get-up. Being yellow head to toe may end up looking like a goalkeeper kit. Side rant- why are all the away kits these days more like third/alternate kits? Am I too old fashioned to feel that the home and away kits should maintain the club's primary colors? At least, Manchester United kept the color scheme for their third kit.

Hey y'all, long summer, even though we played only 5 weeks ago. Funny I've seen them mention we're back to the 2008 UEFA season kit, although that yellow was a little less bright :) I would have loved to see the gold instead of this thing....but hey. I agree with Micah, the Cottage Ironwork patch is a nice addition.

I wont be buying either of these, but maybe the third kit? Also the team shop has a kind of interesting training top, that I might be convinced to buy.
