The Guardian recently ran a story on the Smooth Criminal's visit to Fulham. Enjoy. https://www.theguardian.com/football/2020/apr/10/the-day-michael-jackson-visited-fulham-king-of-pop
Etuhu handed a five year ban for attempted match fixing. https://www.theguardian.com/footbal...nded-five-year-ban-for-match-fixing-in-sweden
When this first popped up a few months ago, I was hoping it was just tabloid bullshit. It's a shame; he was a monster for us.
...crickets...always good to hear from the 'fog. Enjoy highlights of Z. Gera for Fulham...and the nice soundtrack.
Seeing that post reminds me of watching that match knowing we were down when it was 2-0. The pass from the Captain to the perfect finish from Kamara to complete the comeback...Roy’s reaction says it all. Not the first time the Great Escape vid has been posted, but still a great watch. There is another one on YouTube that’s over 7 minutes that is good as well, but contains a lot more misery of that season.
Today Fulham will relive the 2010 match vs. Hamburg the same way they did for the Juventus match. They will show the match "live" this afternoon (I don't know if an FFCTV subscription will be required) and following along on Twitter. http://www.fulhamfc.com/news/2020/april/28/hamburg-relived
I watched the Hamburg replay. I've only ever seen the highlights so by the time Fulham got into the middle of the second half, still down 0-1, and appearing to be the second best team, I found myself getting anxious and thinking "Come on Fulham! You guys need to put something together in a hurry!" And then it happened! Somehow I managed to still come away from the match amazed at the result.
