Fulham at Barnsley

It's really difficult to objectively judge a manager who takes over a relegation-destined side that is short of morale and talent, and has face the best teams in the league plus several that had little if anything to play for.

That said I still had some reservations about Parker getting the full time gig considering his lack of 1st team managerial experience. One thing I like about this club is we the fans don't take ourselves too seriously. But, we're also realistic: we aren't Grimsby or Crewe. We shouldn't be experimenting on someone who had less than one year of Assistant Coach experience before named interim and then permanent.

There were times last season where this lack of nous showed (away to Leicester being a big one) and boy howdy did it show yesterday. The thought the players performed very poorly, but I also wasn't sure what they were supposed to be performing. It was a mess.
