It's shocking how pitiful the defense can be sometimes. The first two goals Friday were off of corners. Set piece defense should not be so shaky at this point. I know Fulham have had troubles in the past defending set pieces and Snodgrass' service was world class, but come on! Egregious handball aside, Rico butchered the first one. It looked to me like he could have easily caught that one in his chest but decided to punch it straight up. For the second, it looked like Fulham were playing zone but no one moved to the ball. They just stood still a let Diop attack it.

I'm also surprised at how pedestrian the team is without the ball at their feet. Numerous times a Fulham player was forced to take on 3-4 West Ham players while the rest of the team meandered around no closer than 10-15 meters. They are either the least fit team in the league or none of them understand the strategy of providing support for their teammates.
