2017/18 Fixtures

    The EFL is set to release the fixture schedule tomorrow morning 9am (London time) with the season starting the weekend of August 4-6.

    I'm looking forward to another push toward the Premier League and will seriously consider the new live streaming service offered by the EFL.

    When you check out the schedule, please remember that EVERY date is subject to being changed from Saturday at 1500 to Friday night, Saturday lunch time, Saturday evening, Sunday, and Monday night.

    Based on how the teams finished last year we've got a challenging start to the season facing Norwich, Reading, Leeds, Sheffield Wednesday - all the teams that finished with 70 or more points last season. If we can keep most of the guys who started for us last season we should be able to hit the ground running. I'm worried mostly about who replaces Kalas if he doesn't come back and who will be our striker.

    We'll have our "Thanks for helping us get promoted" celebration with the fans at our last home match vs. Sunderland. ;)

    Quite frankly, I don't care who we play or when. All I care about is finishing first or second.

    opened last year with what looked like the most difficult home match of the season ... turned out alright
