142nd Preakness Stakes

    Post time is 6:48 p.m. at Pimlico in Baltimore. At 6:50-ish p.m., we'll know if there is another Triple Crown winner possible in 2017. Derby winner Always Dreaming is the 3-2 favorite. Keep in mind, the Preakness is 1/16th mile shorter than the Derby, and there are only 10 horses instead of the 20 horse stampede in Louisville.

    Always Dreaming was a well beaten 8th out of a 10 horse field in the race, won by Cloud Computing.

    Missed the whole damn thing. So much fun to live near Bawmer during Preakness Week. It's part of the joy of living there.
