    Good news for us. :banana-dance:

"Raw talent" though? There have got to be Pah-lenty of players available that are good enough for the championship, and who dont need "polishing up".

 Now throw the kid in and see what he can do, and for the love of player development live with the mistakes he will inevitably make and not give him the hook after one bad 90 minutes.

Duh. A no brainer, to be sure. What the rest of you already said, plus ONE.

In honor the "Professor" from Gilligan's Island who passed away today, a very intelligent decision by Fulham. Our other "options" certainly weren't getting the job done...Actually they have failed miserably, so let's give B & B a shot and hope for the best!

I will be delighted if Burn starts tomorrow, now that I'm in Pacific time zone I like the 7 a.m. matches even if the outcomes sometimes leave me with indigestion. Yes, Arsenal does have some wily veterans who might enjoy a run or two at young Mr. Burn, but he can't do any worse than Senderos or Love Bite. I mean, he can't possibly.

I think he'll be fine. He's got some chops for a young lad, and I don't think he'll be intimidated. From his Wikipedia entry:

I only saw the first half versus Arsenal, but Burn looked great to me. He is so confident and appears to communicate really well with his teammates; I have no doubt he belongs in the premier league. Now someone is going to tell me he completely fell apart in the second half.

He didn't, Mo. Arsenal just started playing like a first place team. I thought Burn acquitted himself very well. It should be at least 2 or 3 more weeks until half the Fulham world starts hating on him like they have with pretty much every player out there.

Let's hope the club receive a good fee on the transfer - makes sense, but Stoke is probably buying him for cover. Regardless, rumors of Burn's sell on made me think of this:
