Fulham travel 120 miles straight west to Bristol to take on the Robins of Bristol City FC. The hosts have been playing much better football of late and have escaped the bottom of the table to move up to 20th. The only loss they've endured out of their last 5 matches was a 2-1 loss to league leaders Brighton when good ol' Bobby Zamora scored a late winner.

BCFC is coming off their big Derby match with Cardiff on Monday, so hopefully they'll be a little flat. Add in it's a short week for them and it's a good opportunity to get a result. Honestly there isn't a score I'd be surprised by other than a blowout by either team, so going with a 1-1 draw.

We laid an egg after QPR. On the back of that great 2nd half v Reading, hopefully we turn that around. It is on the road though, so a draw is a good bet.

Since there are no winnable games "on paper" in this league, I'm gonna hope for some sort of continuation of the performance we saw in the second half (minus Reading's second goal) this past Saturday. If we can do that, then I think we'll win.

Our defense has figured it out. If we can continue to keep 11 men on the pitch for 90 minutes, we'll do well for the ret of the season.

I like Don's optimism and will go with a 2-1 win getting 9 pts and a result from every game in October.

Really happy to see on the Offal that we've sold out our away allotment, whenever we have that big of away support we tend to play well.

Happy Halloween! I'm wearing my Tim Ream costume for today's match, but no one around here seems to recognize who I am. Maybe I need to get a strawberry blonde wig.

So clever am I to tell my band partners that I could rehearse at noon, knowing that Fulham's match would be over at 11. But noooooooooooooo, damn Brits do their time change earlier.

I shall be in the chatroom for the first half, and then slink away.

Undefeated in October and the most prolific goal scoring team in the Championship! I like the direction this team is headed. COYW! Keep going up the table!

The lads got your message apparently, one half was all you needed. Excellent follow up performance to the Reading comeback. Can we string a few more together?

Not signing a striker in the summer has been a blessing in disguise (along w Smith's injury). Dembele is really coming along.

Highlights below. Gentleman Jim, love him dearly, did not give Husband enough credit. On the first goal it was Husband, and not Fredericks, breaking down the left side on the assist. Then Husband on a threatening charge won the free kick that led to McCormack's goal. Then again Husband breaks down the left side and feeds Tunnicliffe beautifully for his goal. I'd making him my Man of the Match

As I said in last weeks Reading thread. I'll take those 3 points. I'll further take being 10th in the table being only 4pts out of the playoffs and a +6 in GD.

Think it's the second time this year we have back to back wins

Can we keep playing Bristol City, please. Atrocious defending on the 2nd goal & what in the blue hell was their keeper doing on the 3rd & 4th goals?!? Kudos to our boys for capitalizing & putting them under pressure, but if the shoe is on the other foot, we're screaming for Kit's head on a pike and blasting the players' defending.

Also, how on Earth does Jim mistake Husband for Fredericks?

And props to Kit for the change in formation/tactics. Going to 3-5-2 worked brilliantly as Husband & Fredericks playing as wing backs gave us width & caused them all sorts of problems.
