It's gonna be interesting, cuz the guy's right in both his method and motivations.
But I'm betting this paradigm is not 'sustainable' unless he is gonna stop hiring and growing his firm.
I can see this succeeding with his current situation at this point in time.

Perfectly understandable when the guy thinks he can run his own company, however he wants.
