One name should remind you of our last match vs. Reading: Matt Smith. Need more of a hint? How about: Red Card. For me that 3-0 loss may have been one of the most depressing of the Magath era - we could only match Reading's three goals with three yellow cards. This time around I expect us to play with 11 men for at least half the match! While we nearly let victory slip away at Wolverhampton, we showed a lot of spirit in the win. We need another victory after three league losses - another loss combined with some lower wins and we could be on the edge of the relegation zone again. I say we get our mojo back and win 2-1. COYW!

I'd love to see us break out of the diamond and play with some width this game. The problem is I'm not sure who we'd play on the right wing. Fofana?

Fofana or Kaca is my guess. Hope Lasse is back when he's ready and not a week early so he doesn't reaggravate. If the forecast is right Jump, the team that scores first might snag all 3 points. COYW!!

Seems a bit unclear if our old friend Pavel Pogrebnyak will play. He's apparently been hurt, but is now "back," according to Steve Clarke.
Whatever that means. He certainly knows how to find the back of the net at the Cottage, that much we know.

    The lineup:

    Bettinelli
    Grimmer, Hutchinson, Bodurov, Stafylidis
    Fofana, Tunnicliffe, Parker, Kačaniklić
    Rodallega, McCormack

Subs: Kiraly, Burn, Roberts, Williams, Ruiz, Woodrow, Dembele

On the other side Pogrebnyak is back.

Kačaniklić gets his first start this season. As mentioned before we've had very little success without Ruiz and Christensen. Hopefully Tunnicliffe and Kačaniklić can work together to provide that missing spark.

Leave the analysis to those who watched and/or listened, but a Ruiz goal in stoppage to grab all 3 points deserves a COYW!!!!

Once again it's proven: no Ruiz in a Fulham side this season, no 3 points.

Based on what I heard from GJ, Reading were the better side for most of the match. Credit Kit with late subs Woodrow and Ruiz. Their interplay secured the winner.
We're 8 points clear from the relegation zone and starting to secure our rightful place in mid-table.

When I became a Fulham supporter, it seemed to be a given that we would routinely concede late, usually at the cost of one or three points. I like the new Fulham!

Seems like Kit took a little too long to make changes, but it worked out in the end.

Was there at Craven Cottage. Total pandemonium when Ruiz scored.

The highlights, oh the beautiful highlights. Just skip to 1:30 in (although we should also appreciate Stafylidis' critical header off the line and the Parker to Kacaniklic combo).

Just watched the replay. We should have lost. But we won. I'd rather be lucky than good, although we made our own luck with the scoring plays, both of which were stellar. The winning score was a thing of beauty. Woodrow's header back into the box at Ruiz was great, but just a bit behind him. The adjustment Bryan made to not only send it goalward, but get some pace on it, was extraordinary. That's the kind of stuff you can't teach...you can either do it, or you can't. Right man in the right place at the right time. Doesn't seem to happen very often for Fulham, but it happened this time. Here's hoping it happens more and more for the next several months. We deserve it.

There's been a number of times already where I've thought this about Kit.
