Direct TV v Verizon

    So since Comcast doesn't have a login for BEINconnect, I am seriously considering ditching Comcast and going with either Verizon Fios or Direct TV. Anyone care to way in that has either one? I would most likely have to go with Verizon for internet regardless of TV option.

    I've never had either and since Verizon isn't available here, I haven't seen it myself. But I have a friend in Dallas who has it and she raves about it. Apparently it's pretty darn spiffy.

    I have Directv at about $80/month, which gave me a lot of Premier League games across several FoxSports and NBC Sports channels last season, but which does NOT include BEIN Sports. For $15 I can add a premium sports package to my DirecTV that includes BEIN Sports. But for $10 a month I can buy just the sports package from internet streaming Dishworld, which includes BEIN Sports among 7 included sports channels. Am I wrong or does BEIN Sports only broadcast 1 Championship league game per week?

    Yes, just abouts. Both Verizon and Direct TV have the BEIN connect website access, which seems to show more Championship games. However, they don't have the Fulham v Millwall game listed this weekend--so, it seems it may not be worth switching cable companies for after all?

    Sigh, about the only thing I am really truly miss about the Premier League is seeing Fulham play on TV every weekend.
