Maybe we should petition to not bother playing at home anymore . Fulham has had to score at the death just to sneak out a point at home the last two times out. A record of 1-5-1 at CC is a bleeping joke considering the solid away form.

Bristol City is in 4th and has been excellent on the road winning 3 and drawing 3 while only suffering one loss. Desperately need 3 points, but frankly not sure if this group is up to it. :(

Somehow, some way, we've got to get our forwards going. Don't know what that looks like, but it's got to happen. A clean sheet would be nice as well. There's no reason for our poor home record at all, like you said Joe. Got to believe that will turn around at some point. Why not tonight? I'd still be tempted to put some of the kids in there, especially Humphrys and Steven Sessegnon, who's fresh off of winning that under somethings World Cup. A lineup shakeup might work wonders. Possession is great, but if you don't score, doesn't really matter as much, does it? I think this group is up to it, just got to find a way to get it done.

To add on to what you said Joe, Bristol has beaten Fulham at home in three straight matches. It seems everything is aligned in Bristol's favor.

Simply because it doesn't make any sense to say this, and nothing we do at home makes any sense, I think Fulham wins this one easily.

England has beaten us to the time change. This match kicks off an hour later than the usual mid-week matches.

Bristol have only lost 1 of their previous 12 Championship matches (and have beaten 3 Premier League teams in the EFL Cup during that time). So this will be a tough match up against a side that I assume is brimming with confidence. Only two teams average more shots per game than Bristol, so the defense needs to be ready and well positioned to get in their way. They also have scored the most goals from set pieces which has historically been Fulham's achilles heel.

Hopefully Fulham can use their possession advantage to create a few more chances than usual and be disciplined at the back so as to limit the number of set pieces in the attacking zone for Bristol.

I'm falling on the negative side of the fence seeing only a Fulham loss in the offering.

Looks like two changes from Bolton, Odoi and Johansen in, Fonte and Norwood out. Formation? Anyone?

That small flicker of hope I held on to has been snuffed out. October really stunk.

There doesn't seem to be any video of what got Kamara red-carded. He shoved someone and it must have been pretty brutal since play had just been stopped when a Bristol player pretty much American football tackled Fonte, so it wasn't like Bristol was breaking toward goal with the ball. Not that it would have mattered much, he seemed invisible during the match.

    21 shots for Fulham - 2 on target. o_O

8 points out of a possible 24 so far at home, utterly pathetic.

As mentioned in the Wolves thread, Kamara's red card appeal was successful. Instead Bailey Wright gets the red card for "successful deception of a match official". This statement from Bristol City includes video of the event:

Kamara clearly shoves him, but the whole head wound thing was totally fabricated.

All these red cards and suspensions aside, I’m fairly certain that Bristol City needs to burn those kits.... now.
