If Reading jumps on our lads at the beginning of the match this weekend the home crowd will be all over Kit (sad to know that a large % of our crowd will be looking forward to this rather than getting behind the team). As far as I'm concerned it should never come down to one game to save your job, management either is 100% behind the manager or it's time to go in a different direction. That said the english fanbase wants Kit out and the club will probably follow suit if a loss to Reading happens (the Royals have only lost 1 match away from home).

While the "Ordinary One" is dangling by a thread Tim Sherwood was shown the door at Aston Villa. Hardly a surprise since Villa has 4 points out of 10 matches. Who's next McClaren at Newcastle or Mourinho?

McClaren is always a good bet.

How about Bob B. for gaffer at Villa Park?

I think Villa's problems go much deeper than the manager. I'd prefer to see BB take something with more promise...like Fulham! Newcastle have been woeful, and just lost another TyneWear Derby, so, yeah, McClaren.

Agree w/Jump that Villa has been rotting at the top of the club for awhile, and I would never trust any upper management that hired the manager from their arch rival after he guided that team (Birmingham) to relegation like Villa did by hiring McCleish, BUT as good of a resume BB has, his birthplace and accent means he'll likely never get an opportunity to interview for a Prem. gig, even for a dumpster fire that is the current situation at Villa.

Agree, I wouldn't wish Villa on Bradley. I like & respect the guy too much.

Chris Ramsey sacked at QPR, low and behold the man with 1000 lives Neil Warnock is the 'caretaker' manager. To be fair, there are few people more entertaining to watch being interviewed after a loss than Warnock (and he sure has lost a ton in his career). Somehow this retread of all retreads has found a niche termed 'promotion specialist'. Of course when he puts that on his resume he convienently forget to add 'relegation soon to follow'. Care to guess how many gigs this man has had in his 35 years of managing?

Doesn't matter who manages at Loftus Road as long as Tony Fernandes is in charge. They're just as likely to go down as up...then down again.

Chelscum lose again. Jose will surely move way up on the list if they drop the next one after his ban is over and he returns to the touchline. When do you think some crazy bookie will start taking odds on relegation? That would be beyond fathomable. But they're knocking on the door. Amazing.

I like having Jose in the Prem, even with Chelsea, b/c makes it more interesting. I can't see him surviving this run though, & under Abramovich I'm surprised he hasn't already been relieved.

Murinho is finally out at Chelsea. Biggest surprise is that they held out as long as they did...that's not typical of Abramovich.

Hmm...well, if he were to consider Fulham at least he wouldn't have to move.

The Glazers might sack Van Gaal and hire Jose. Would be tempting.

Would be funny if he was willing to say "screw you Chelsea" and get fulham up then beat Chelsea

Well, that would shoot a few holes in the 'head coach' theory - but maybe money talks.

I read this article top to bottom (summary: MU most likely, unemployment least likely for Jose) and nowhere did it mention the odds for Mourinho coming to Fulham. I'll email Mr. McNulty and let him know that some editor butchered his piece and took out the best part. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/35125720
