Well the commute will be easy...
Hopefully we don't have to play against him. Though if we are I would imagine it would be in the cups.

    Chelsea?

Well, he'll probably win the CL this year - that would be Fulhamish.

Not so surprising when you think about it. As SC says, he doesn't have to move, gets to experience CL matches albeit from the bench, and will be able to concentrate on his final year of international football that will end in Brazil. If he wants to continue playing he can then return to Australia ala Kasey Keller.

He had to go somewhere. Good luck to him and thanks for the Fulham years.

Why do so many former FFC players end up at QPR or Chelsea :/ ? Oh well, there will be a silver lining if they win anything, it'd be nice for Mark to get some sort of winner's medal in his career. Obviously, his performances got pretty inconsistent last year, but overall he had a very nice run with us. No one can say he ever gave us less than his best and for that we're all grateful.

I hear ya. The obvious reason is not having to uproot and move anywhere, but it still stings. :text-+1: to the sentiment that he deserves his ride off into the sunset (with some CL action and perhaps even some silverware). But it's hard not be a little miffed that it will have to come a couple stops up the line at Fulham Broadway.
