It's on live on DirecTV channel 464 and probably at most soccer bars.

I'm going to try and sneak out and catch this one. I'm going to say Fulham 2, CSKA 0.

FWIW, the match is on Channel 5 for our British friends. And whoever else uses the British TV programs. Speaking of, BritishTV doesn't work anymore. J@ckTV does.

Anyways, I fully expect 3 points. Even if we don't have a striker. CSKA Sofia are in all sorts of messiness, as I don't know if the Manager can even travel to London because of outstanding debts.

And lets hope Basel take care of business in Rome![/url]

I never bothered to look at the schedule because I never thought that we only played 5 group games. I finally look at the schedule and sure enough we don't play Basel on the road. What kinda shit is that?

We will win this game, but go out of Europe thanks to a shitty ref and a bad performance from Roma in Basel.

The damn game didn't load in the schedule. Sorry about that.

Anyways, I'd like EJ and Elm get a chance. Unless Zamora or Kamara comeback, those 2 are our only forwards that are fit. Time to give them their chance as the team we are playing is pretty shit.

NEITHER EJ NOR ELM ARE ON THE ELIGIBLE ROSTER.

Sorry, 24; didn't mean to yell at you therethere.
Nev: all I can think of when I see that is you imitating Animal from the Muppets.

My memory is so shit. Can't believe I forgot that EJ and Elm aren't eligible.

    I'll go with Nev, 4-6-0!

What is the purpose of this eligible roster thingy?

    two-fold

    1. to ensure that there is a significant % of players that are "home grown" -- they don't have to be British in our case, just have to have come up through a domestic youth system.

    2. to give opposing coaches an idea of who they may come up against by limiting the maximum number of players total.

The first rule worked against players like Dicachoi and EJ, but worked FOR Chris Smalling in a big way. The biggest problem was when both Schwarzer and Stockdale were hurting and they weren't going to allow Zubertuberbloober to substitute because he wasn't on the original roster.

The captain might get a few minutes, but I'm sure RH will be very careful. For the sake of the supporters who have already booked to Basel, 3 points please.

Per the Offal, both Bobby and Danny will be starting and Roy expects Danny to go 90 minutes. Our bench will be development squad players.

Also Konchesky and Nevland received TWO game suspensions for their red cards, so will miss the Basel game as well.

Craptacular. I'd like to think we can beat Sofia regardless, but the trip to Basel would not be an easy one even with a full squad.

Short and brief...good first half, mediocre second. Seems they lost some steam, got a bit sloppy but got the job done. Came close to giving up the equalizer.

All the marbles in Basel to make it in the next round. Can't ask for more than that at this point.

I missed the first 30 minutes, so I missed all the good stuff. I wasn’t impressed with last 45 minutes, but three points are three points.
