I think we'll play a bit better than we have been but we'll give up a late goal as usual and it'll be a 1-1 draw. Man, I hate being a pessimist! How's this: we'll get our heads out of our assess and beat the hell out of them 3-1. Ah, that's better.

Sorry everyone but Bolton is going to win this. This is our Agincourt but Bolton's midfield is too big and physical for the midget Murphy, surfer Bullard, wuss Davis et al. Although they arent very talented, but Campo, McCann, Taylor, Nolan, and Guthrie are going to harass our soft defense and control the ball.

And there's no way Demp, EJ or Healy will survive Nicky Hunt's thuggery.

Be prepared for some pretty boring footy. 1-0 Bolton.

There is no better way to start the comeback then a win on the road.

I think Fulham are gonna win this. I would start EJ right away and have Clint move into midfield. In fact I would start all 3 of our signings. I am excited for this game. This is gonna be our first away win since September 2006.

can't find any game day squad information for this match.

What's the plan, y'all? Chatroom for the live Gentleman Jim or chatroom for the tape-delayed television?

I'll be on for the live, I don't have the self-control to watch a tape-delayed game knowing i can already know the score.

good enough for me; if work doesn't bury me first, I'll be in the chatroom for the live match, listening to the dulcit tones of FulhamTV's ever lovely Gentleman Jim. I'll be sure to pass along the starting lineups to you Terri, as well as info on each of our goals!

Anyone read Tom's match preview on our home page yet? Good stuff from the Maestro, as always.

Yes I read it, it was quite good. It would be cool if there was a place to leave a comment on the home page blogs, I had a few comments on the Wynalda blog but couldn't find a plcae to discuss. Just an Idea. Good Stuff Tom.

we used to be capable of posting comments, but that facility also brought us serious hackers and a couple of occasions where the site whas shut down entirely.

Sometimes Pettyfog will put a link at the bottom of an article that reads "discuss this article here." When that happens, you're automatically directed to a "normal" thread. If he had chosen to do so on Tom's match preview, you'd have been directed here.

There is no way I can listen to a match. Sometimes the commentators get super excited over nothing. I have listened to Jim before and he is brilliant, but if I watch the game I can disect it more and know what is going on.

I'll be watching it off my DVR after I get home from work tomorrow night. May as well take advantage of coverage on FSC.

I'm going to wait until the TV viewing. I'm home with the kids, with my wife out in CA, and its far easier to watch a game than listen to a game with a 4 year old and 2 year old around :)

    Relegation decided with this one

I sincerely believe that this match is the tipping point. Given all the motivation that FFC should have, the fact that Bullard is back, and the fact that Bolton are beatable, they will have no excuse for failing to defeat Bolton.

Should they lose or draw, that's it - relegation is a foregone conclusion; if they win, they MIGHT claw their way out of the drop zone.

    -------------------------Niemi---------------------------

    --Volz----Bocanegra-----Hangeland----Konchesky--

    -----------------------Andreasen------------------------

    --Dempsey-----------------------------------Davies---

    -------------------------Bullard--------------------------

    -------------Healy-----------------------Seol------------

Subs: Keller, Hughes, Murphy, Johnson???, Nevland???

I haven't seen anywhere that Johnson or Nevland will be available for this game so I don't have them in the lineup

Still, I think this lineup will suit us well with Seol up top, Dempsey back in at mid and Bullard helping to build attacks in a central attacking mid role.

Then we can have Hangeland helping out in defense with Andreasen playing closer to the back line and helping us break through the midfield as a center defending mid.

I like our speed up top and experience and skill through the midfield...We're ready

As I said before...6-0 to the Whites!!!

RE: Relegation decided with this one

    Available for selection

    Niemi, Warner,

Volz, Hughes, Hangeland, Bocanegra, Baird, Konchesky, Leijer,

Bullard, Davies, Davis, Smertin, Murphy, Seol, Andreasen, Brown, Milsom,

    Dempsey, Healy

I guess we have to start Dempsey/Healy up front, lone striker is not enough, and Dempsey isn't even a striker

Info on the EPL is so hard to come by...nobody ever knows who is starting and who is available.

In the NFL teams are required to list guys as probable, questionable etc. on certain days leading up to the game.

I think the EPL should employ a similar policy...it would make being a fantasy team owner a hell of a lot easier...as well as a Fulham fan.
