Well, Ruud out here, you'll be able to go anywhere without being recognized (you won't even be able to say 'I'm coach of the Galaxy' to get a better table), your team will be buried anywhere from pages 3-12 in the LA Times, and the only other bother will be the Beckham questions...by the one beat writer.

What a freaking circus act. I can't belive Lalas actually came out and said he wanted a "sexy coach". Geee, I think their priorites are a little screwed up.

On a related note I will witness the circus and maybe the sexy coach himself if he bothers to show when the Galaxy come to Minneapolis for an exhbition game this weekend.

 

Meh, I'm not the defender of all things Lalas but I think he was just tipping his hand that they were going with Ruud. Ruud coined the term "Sexy Football" for a style of play. I don't think he was saying Ruud himself is sexy, haha.
