It is amazing how one point can make such a move up. It seems like a false reality especially when Derby got the same result and moved maybe one spot.

13th palce, well it looks better onthe table i guess. I can't believe we couldn't get a whole 3pts. That Red card was rubbish, who let the MLS ref in the Prem league.

I didn't see it (if anyone has a link I'd like to), but Sanchez says it was the right call.

One (random) thing I forgot to mention is that I met and had a chat the USMNT's very own Bob Bradley. Yup, him and a couple of other 'suits' were chillin in the Golden Lion.

And I had to be told who he was...I'm a disgrace!

So Mike what was a bigger thrill, meeting Team of McBrides or Bob Bradley?? Interesting he would stop by to see all the boys (from both teams). I will say his kid while prone to a bad foul or two is a physical mid whose game is just getting better and better.

To be honest, it was definitely meeting Team_of_McBrides, aka, Kevin. Him and his friends were a good time, although I don't think one of them liked me since I kept making fun of him from being from Pittsburgh. Not that I have anything against that...

Never thought I would be compared to Bob Bradley, but there is a first for everything. Thanks for the compliment Mike.

No hard feelings from Pitt native. He mentioned that you seemed to be the most popluar fan in Fulham. Everyone seemed to know you. They are excited about the upcoming fixtures and can't wait to be back in the Hammy End.

Now in the matter of not recognizing Bob Bradley... ahhh, it can probably be forgiven since you haven't lived state side for a couple of years. Think Bob was impressed with the Fulham support and the Golden Lion? It is kind of hard not to be... IMO at least.

Tell your boys that our next home match we'll do a pre-match properly and I'll get some of the locals together so they can meet everyone. Oh, and so we can have a beer or two...

I'll let them know. Probably should have a few more coming along for the match and a few pre-match pints. Thanks for the hospitality Mike.

    Enjoy the match in Sunderland.
