First match of the new season!

For those that want to watch, it will be via streaming early (5:00 a.m Central) in the morning. I may just, and if so would like to hear people's opinions on the best streaming site.

Very interested to see the line-up and how they perform. I rate Portsmouth off-season acquisitions as pretty darn good, with Nugent being a great buy.

    COYW!!!

I won't take anything from this game (especially if we lose) because it must be tough to have to fly to Hong Kong on Friday and then play a game on Tuesday! That’s just crazy...

I hope we do well while we are there…but that’s obvious! Zat is up on the official again talking about the trip thus far and the game tomorrow. It seems Sanchez is really in favor of this guy…will that be a mistake?! You be the judge…

yep...that will be a mistake!!!! Zat better prove me wrong too...but i have my doubts as I saw the commentary from the Brighton match and he had a mix-up with Volzy....it seems he always has mix-ups.

Hoping to watch the match online, but that is a matter if I can wake up on time. As Mike stated earlier, I am not putting much stock into this match. Hoping for a good result, but won't be devistated if we lose.

Hoping Dempsey gets a good run out and the new signings pick up more experience with the new side. Please Please Please no injuries...

is there a place online to watch the match ToM? Cuz I definitely want to watch too since tomorrow is a state holiday and we don't have to work.

It may be a state holiday, but not all of us are lucky enough to have the day off work.

I will try and track down a link...

I'll be down at the Golden Lion at 11am to watch this one! Woohoo!

I'll have an eye on Kamara, he has the key to our season.

Download Sopcast. They'll probably have it. It is how I followed the Premiership last season without FSC.

I bet Star Sports Asia or ESPN Asia is showing the game. Otherwise one of the state owned Chinese channels will have it.

I do enjoy going out to bars to watch games in the morning, but I think 6am on a work day might be beyond my limit.

This match will be shown LIVE on Setanta starting tomorrow at 4:30AM CT. I will be up and watching it. I will do my best to write a detailed match report at the conclusion of the match.

Sizeable group of Pompey supporters there, most of them are being considerate of the locals and keeping their shirts on. Even game still 0-0 in the 35'

Dempsey almost scores twice but dosen't. Pompey march down the field Zat Knight is Zat Knight and thus he has a major #$@# up and gifts Pompey a goal. Its better that Lawire figures out what he's all about now rather than at the Emrites.

Oh and the RB is Baird and I'm not impressed by him so far. Lawrie we already have two prefectly good RB's!

    John on for McBride
    Healy on for Kamara
    Baptista on for Warner

Baptista had a good save..........off a Zat shot..

Kamara did well but couldn't finish.
