    "Football" and "my mate?"

Come on now, you sound like Friedel.

Seriously though, nice article... prompted me to come post on the board so, obviously, it's doing a good job in spreading the good gospel.

Steve; you forgot 'dolled up to the nines'. Great article Mike, just curious what are PG tips? (my wife and I love Indian food, so I can see why you like vindaloo). Plus are you still in touch with the generous fellow who hooked you guys up w/the tickets?

They are a pyramid shaped 'Englash Breakfast' tea bag. They also had a long running series of adverts staring chimps that became vexed at something only to be soothed by a nice cuppa.

For more information see their site: http://www.pgtips.co.uk/ or visit wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PG_Tips.

Listen up 'El Steve', I'm still a yank!! I believe that 'mate' was put in by the guy who wrote it...it surely wasn't me my friend.

    Hope you are well...

Great article! It seems that most Fulham fans are pretty welcoming towards us Yanks. That says a lot about the club and its supporters.

I logged into Soccernet this morning, clicked on the thumbnail of the Cottage and I see a picture of someone I’ve met. I had a good laugh reading that, as it was so unexpected. Great stuff!

That's awesome that you're the centerpiece of an article on Soccernet and complete with a big picture of you. Who knows, that small fan club you have may get a lot larger as a result of the article!

    Great article!

Great article on you, Mike. And it's fantastic that FulhamUSA and the Yank supporters are so well received over there.

Keep it up! You, Katy, and Tom are great representatives both for the club and for us fans back in the States.

    ha ha

As of two months ago he still sounded like he was from Long Island. So he hasn't succumbed to Friedel or worse Hargreaves syndrome yet!

You know Hargreaves has lived his life in two places Canada and Germany, yet he magically speaks with an English accent. WTF is that!
