    Hello,

I live in Fulham but am traveling home to Denver for Christmas, unfortunately I am stuck in Atlanta because of the blizzard. Does anyone know if there is a place in Atlanta I can see Saturday's match?

    Thanks!
    Martin

If you are staying near the airport, which I do not recommend, College Park and Peachtree City locations will be closest. If you go downtown or into Buckhead, you'll get the old crusty bar feel at Rose and Crown and the more manufactured crusty bar feel at Fado's.

Good luck, Merry Christmas, and cheer loud and proud! Come On You Whites!!!

Thankfully i have friends to stay with in Atlanta so I am not close to the airport. Also, the snow will be cleared before saturday but the flights are so full i am only guaranteed by going Sunday.

One last thing. The best time I've ever had in my life was two weeks ago when the Whites beat Arsenal. I screamed until my voice was lost. This is my first year with season tickets and i would suggest its the best 650 GBPs ive ever spent. Anyone on the fence about spending the money... just do it. Every once in awhile you can see Fulham play a game for the ages.

Thanks again for the help with the potential soccer venues.

I'm afraid the game on Saturday is on Sentanta rather than FSC. I'd imagine a few of those places PCB listed are Sentanta subscribers as well as FSC. Other issue is the games on bright and early 5:30am et I think. Places may not be open. Just have to call those places and see.

Eastern time will make it 7:30, I think. But most definitely give a call to all the establishments. Fairly certain Fado's will have it on at least one TV, as they are the Celtic Football Club meeting place.

Fado Irish Pub in Buckhead (http://www.fadoirishpub.com/atlanta/) is your best bet. The Fulham match is on their schedule at 7:45 AM. The Buckhead MARTA stop is the closest one, though it is still a good walk. I'd meet you there, but I will be at the airport on my way out of town for Christmas.

    Cheers,
    Martin

(So there are Fulham fans in Atlanta? I'd love to meet some out here because it's crummy to cheer for the Whites on my own. I hate the look of pity of other EPL fans when I tell them I'm a Fulham fan.)

Sorry to hit this thread late but I semi-frequent the Brewhouse Cafe - http://www.brewhousecafe.com (Their schedule is also online - unfortunately, mostly Arsenal and Liverpool fans are regulars here) in Little Five Points. I'd say Fado and the Brewhouse are two of the best places to go in Atlanta (both have FSC and Setanta). Fado's got an older crowd and the Brewhouse has a younger crowd with TVs all over the place. From what I've been told, Fado will charge a cover more often than the Brewhouse will but the people flock to both.

There's a few out there that I've personally met Payday. Hopefully you get to meet up with them as well.
