Hi everyone, it was great to see you all in the Golden Lion before the Newcastle game. I hope you enjoyed your visit and of course the great win.

Thank you Jacko and welcome to the site. Not one person didn't enjoy themselves this past weekend and there are many many pictures which will be posted...just lets hope there aren't too many ones which people will regret.

Hey gang -- thanks for showing me a great time before, during and after the Fulham-Newcastle match! How could I not be a Fulham supporter after meeting such great people. T'was definitely the highlight of my trip across the pond. (And can't wait for the next one!)

I have some pics of the festivities -- but far fewer than I thought I took. It's tough to hold a pint and a camera at the same time -- so the pint always won out! I'll upload them as soon as I figure out how to do so.

Critical Bill did make it home and he is already planning a trip back!!

Great to meet you Doug and we were just talking about how two Americans won two of the prize raffles at the SW6 pub. Great times had by all and I'm very happy you had a great time.

Katy is planning a trip to California ASAP.

A great time at the Lion

As dad of Critical Bill and a new Fulham supporter in NY along with Critical I can say we thoughlly enjoyed ourselves. The pints were most excellent and the company far better. I must say that all of the people I met while at the Lion was one of the highlights of our vacation, the real highlight was our visit to Katies in Dorking along with Critical, AmericanMike, Katie, her mom and dad and sister Sara it was a most excellent day, happy Birthday Mike. After that the next best was the awesome win at home against newcastle. Critical is looking for an October return, I am not sure when I can return but it will be as soon as I can find the time & funds.
