Anyone want to meet up to watch this match?

Just one hitch: a rugby match between Scotland and Samoa that starts at 10am. Is this a big match? NJGlen??

I'm up for anyplace, Baker St., McCormack's, wherever.

Some of the sweatys might think its a big game, because they actually win this one...but in my humble opinion, its not. Baker Street is easiest for me (and let's face it, its all about me)...but Nevada Smiths might be more 'football friendly' and actually allow the commentary to be heard. If AM does not mind dealing with that Roy Keane lookalike twat of a barman, then I suggest there.

I'm definitely in and I say we just suck it up and go to Nevada's this one time (sorry RDG!). I want to go to a bar that definitely has the game on WITH commentary...and no Glen, it really should be all about me. 11am start correct?

I'm in. I'm getting a damned egg sandwich this time and some GOOD coffee.

AND none of that train crap... I'm driving in again.

Sweeet, no train!! And can we please get an egg sandwich which isn't on a crushed bagel that has nothing on it that I actually want?

Yes and Good Coffee is essential for the ride...then some good beer. Nevada Smiths this time.

Dont you have a job now?

No radio show tonite... tomorrow it will have to be, unless you want to avoid your beauty sleep... which is undoubtedly required.

Yes, and then you can both play dress up and blow dry each others hair.

Personally, before they play dress-up, I think they should get a joint calling plan. Either that or two cans with string attached.

Oh, yeah, if you're off to Nevada Smith's, I'll go along, too (said Eeyore).

AM: just point out the barman who cut you off, and I'll undertip him!!

    NYC Meet-up

    UGH!

The subways out my way are not in service, and it will take me a couple of hours to get to Nevada's. I really don't feel like getting there just for the second half. Ah, well, that's one way of undertipping the barman there: don't even go.
