Sup brother...yeah, I think we can expect a good amount of England fans crossing the pond for this one. If they didn't have an excuse to come to America before, they sure have one now. I can't believe this will also be on national television...possibly NBC or ABC or FOX???[/quote]

    Hey Mike
What a weekend, eh!!! I see you must be back state-side. How great is it to see that after a weekend of London and meeting all of these great people that we come home to find out that Fulham is following us back for a match in C-Bus... The hits just keep on coming....! Let's hope we at least see a goal this time around (a Fulham goal). We really must get ahold of some more lyrics to the Fulahm songs so we can represent them well.

Hey, a quick note, I got an email back from the Columbus Crew ticket office and they are going to accomodate our needs for the match on July 30th. I will be sending out an email over the weekend regarding the specifics of this and who is intererested. We will also be working on something for hotels and such.

Think how tough I have it!

Will be in my home stadium, where I have great seats... wearing SOME Crew Colors, and hopefully a Fulham patch..

But I'll be sitting with the Fulham Crowd.

I cheer em both... though I dont think the MLS bunch will need much encouragement, anyway.

Oh... and you cant have Chad Marshall, either.[IMG]

Petty, you are a lucky man to have the game in your own backyard! I am gonna have some questions for you as the day gets closer about some specific things like pubs, hotels, etc.

    Mike,
Yes, what a weekend!!! Very fantastic to meet you and spend some time with the Wille's!

If Fulham gives a solid performance I think we'll see more than 1 Fulham goal, and more importantly, a Fulham win.

As a Fulham Man born and Breed I don't think I can miss this oppotunity of seeing this game, My son will be here visiting from England as well(Arsenal supporter too?) and my wife would like to travel the 400 miles from Nashville to watch the "Whites". COYW

Will we need tickets in advance or on the day?

    Martin,
I am going to try and arrange it where we all get tickets before hand so all the Fulham Supporters can sit together. I think it would be cool if we could all cheer together and chant together. I will send an email about tickets and such after I talk to my ticket agent with the Crew.

Cool... we need to get as many in B&W together with signs as possible... the more there are, the more camera time.

The more camera time, the more interest.

And if the US/England Friendly is good... this will be even better.

Same here! Where do you normally sit for home matches? My wife and I's season tickets are on the east side in 109, Row 4.

    Agreed :D

Back on topic: Looking forward to seeing everyone in town for the game. Let us know if there is anything you need help with coordinating!

    Jux,
So far things are working out well. We are lining a few things up at present time. I am hoping to get some things finalized in the next two weeks. Thanks for the offer. I may take you up on that as it gets closer to the time.

    Cheers!

    Fulham to play MLS

Just trying to persuade Mr WW that he really needs a holiday in Ohio around the end of July. The Miss W's and Master Witch very up for it as well. I f the yanks can come to London then we should come and visit them as well.

Hoping someone over there will post some information on hotels etc. and would very much like to have a 'meet' at this particular away game.

Dont worry, Tom's on top of it... talking to Crew mgmt; etc. So wait to book hotel until Tom gets all the particulars.... the options are quite spread out and getting rooms at just one would make it easier to book travel to and from bars, etc.

And we'll be having a Midwest-style tailgate setup before the match
