I finally saw most of the game, patching together 3 FSW replays. I think some of you guys need to go the fridge, grab a beer and calm down. I agree the 4-5-1 stinks, especially when there are so many midfielders out. Radz doesn't know where to go in the 4-5-1 - he's never in the right spot to attack or defend. It seemed like Cole's ineffectiveness was partly due to his sulking but mainly it was poor midfield play.

That said I don't think coming out of Derby with a draw was so bad. Having to play Pembridge and Leggy together is going to slow the team down and Goma was obviously not sharp in his first game back. Derby's been about the hottest team in the Championship lately and they have some good talent. It's been a great month and I think they will finish off Derby at Craven Cottage.

BostonDan, I agree with you! While we did not play great, we did not lose. The FA Cup is all about surviving and advancing. We got a draw against a decent team.

We were not the sharpest, but hell, we finished January unbeaten. Reading some of these posts you would think the ceiling was crashing down on the club. I do think we will win the replay and advance on. The draw is tomorrow morning and we will find out who we would play if we win the replay.
