Seattle was very entertaining last night. Houston had a very good year but just had nothing for Seattle. Really looking forward to the finals.

That WAS a classic Deuce goal, wasn't it? It made my little heart go pitter-patter, yearning for the old days at the Cottage, when that was a regular occurrence. (insert slap to back of head here). But now, in the present, I wonder what they've got for Toronto at the frozen tundra of BMO Field. I guess we'll see. Guess it kind of depends upon how bad Jozy's ankle is.

I know Toronto got it's revenge, but haven't watched it as yet (got it dvr-ed), was it an entertaining Final?

It was entertaining if you were a Toronto fan. Toronto was the better team for pretty much 90 minutes. Frei had a very good Finals performance again for Seattle but I'm not sure you can say that about any other Sounder.

It was an entertaining match for neutrals in my opinion.

I'm a sort of a Sounder fan -- they're who I watch most of the time -- but I found the match very entertaining. It's the best 90 minutes of football I've seen from Michael Bradley in at least three years. He was clearly man of the match, but the whole team was committed and played with a full team ethic.

I haven't the slightest clue as to what the league is using for its selection criteria, but here's one theory...

    I have no words.

Actually, I have many many MANY words, but you've all heard them before.

Did I mention I have a CD coming out?

And ... MLS just about promised Sacramento that second franchise 2 or 3 years ago, so they got started on a stadium. Then, they came back a year ago and told them they'd need to come up with another $100 million. That opened the door for Cincinnati.

On top of that, the Earthquakes have really sucked so far this year, so MLS is not trending up around here at the moment.
