Hello everyone. My name is Doyce, from fort worth Texas. As the title says I'm new to this forum. I'm also fairly new to being a Fulham supporter and even the game itself. I've semi followed US soccer/football(what is it referred in this forum so I call it correctly) for about 5 or 6 years. About 2 years ago I started trying to follow it more on a club level, I settled on Fulham for the club I support and I'm really excited about being able to converse with other Americans about Fulham.

Now let's go get a win today!

Welcome Doyce, always good to see new opinions. Too bad the post got in the way of Hugo's game winner

Welcome Doyce. It's been challenging, to say the least, to follow Fulham on TV since relegation. Best I can tell, the Championship is only on beIN Sports, a lesser known cable channel. I don't pay extra to get it. From what I can tell, Fulham matches on beIN are few and far between. But the club offers 2 minute highlight videos and full replays on the team's website. Most of us listen to Jim McGullion, AKA Gentleman Jim, call the games radio style, also on the team website. And usually, while swapping observations in the chat right here.

Welcome to insanity, mah fella Texan. The best chance of seeing Fulham live is on a Friday night game, Monday night game, or early Saturday match. Our time that's 1345 and 0600 respectively.

I know a lot of people don't like watching the full matches replayed on the Official Web Site, but I DO. Why? Because we've got a whole buttload of new players that I use didn't know. Now, after watching as many matches as I can, I've gotten and idea of player tendencies and Kit's likely decisions. Besides, dammit, it's Fulham Flipping Football.

Don't be a stranger. Drop into the chatroom next weekend.

Welcome and jump right in, the water is fine. Fulham also offers an official app that you can stream GJ's call on if you are not in front of a computer. I've used it a few times and listened through my car's Bluetooth.

Welcome TX. Just out of curiosity, what made you pick FFC?

It took me a while to figure out who I was gonna follow. It started as a process of elimination, I didn't want to follow a "big" team but I didn't want to follow a bottom feeder either. I decided that I would just follow the sport as a whole for a while and see what happens.

I love playing fifa and don't laugh but fifa played a role in choosing Fulham. When I play fifa I play manager mode and when I choose a team to play as, I like to do some research on the club and the history. I fell in love with the history of Fulham. I love that they have had American players. Then I watched some games online and love the atmosphere of the cottage and I was hooked. Started following supporters and the team on Twitter.

The thing that really sealed it is the fact that I still followed and continued to be invested in the team when they were having such a horrible year and got relegated. When all that was going on and I didn't even think of jumping ship I knew FFC was it for me with no doubts.

Kinda rambling but I'm on my phone so it's hard to organize thoughts haha
