    Let's get this party started!
Who's your current favorite to get the early boot?
Mine's Slaven Bilic, who skated in by the skin of his teeth at the end of last season. West Ham looked a mess at Toons today, and are winless in the league, with a minus 8 goal difference. They did win their league cup match at League 2 Cheltenham. There may be some thought to give hm more time since they've had to start the season with four on the road due to the world track and field championships at London Stadium. Or not. They've been trending downward for long enough to make Bilic's seat very warm. Might even happen by the time I finish typing this.....

Caught the last 30 minutes of the Spam/Huddersfield match (a 2-0 win foe WH). Jump, the announcers sure made it seem that anything but 3 points and Bilic was toast. Which begs the question, if you're that close to the sack, why not just pull the trigger?

Yes, I really thought he'd be first. But I failed to pay attention to just how awful Palace were. I'm not even sure Roy can save them. I'm more concerned about who might take their spot in the Prem, hopefully, US!

Palace have doomed themselves. Two seasons in a row now Big Sam saves a club from relegation, gets fired, the club involved is relegated the following season.

If memory serves, this is one of the benchmark events that the end is near. YOU CAN'T HAVE JOKA!

Didn't realize 'Arry was still managing. At 70, it's probably time to call it a career.

Nothing like making a plan and sticking to it.

Leicester's proven plan for football success:
    Step 1: Sack manager
Step 2: Win Premier League (or make it to the Champions League Semi-Finals)

This plan has worked, but is still being refined. It isn't clear how critical it is to get a prostitution/racism scandal going, but the Money Ball guys are analyzing the numbers and making a return visit to Thailand for more data.

Sorry, guys; I looked for it -- key words and all -- and didn't find it. Mayhap someone with more skill than I can combine these threads.

As you wish! I have merged the "Gaffer" thread into this one. I had to put them in the same forum before merging so I moved the original thread into the "Premier talk...etc." forum in case that causes confusion for anyone.

It's all good. I tried to phrase it similarly to it's past incarnations which, due to the title, usually ended up in the Fulham FC News and Notes forum. Thanks for consolidating Double M! Yoo da MAN!

And there goes Herr Koeman. No permanent replacement named yet.
