10 am ET, 7 am PT at the Cottage. Don't see it listed on TV anywhere but I'm still holding out hope for a stream.

Saw Hyndman played in the u21s today so he probably won't be in the 18. Beyond that I'd expect the team to be very similar to Cardiff last week. I'll be interested to see who gets the start in goal.

It's going to be "Happy Hour" for Fulham when they down Fat Boy Slim's club this weekend...drop the pen, exit stage right and out of the spotlight.

I wonder if the person at the BBC who pulled the photo of Tunnicliffe chose it because Pringle was in it too: http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/33831670

I have to admit, I forgot Fred Hickey was on the team. Although Tunnicliffe can play, I'd be surprised to see him.

COYW! Four points in week two would be a lovely start!

It'll be interesting to see if Mr. Dunk (insert giggle here) sees the pitch today. Don't know if we're still in on him, but the latest, as noted elsewhere, has Tim Ream headed our way, so, we'll see. Don't know much else about Brighton except they still have Stockers and don't have Darren Bent. Anything but three points will be a disappointment.

They also have Bobby Zamora (wondering how many times Don subconsciously slips into singing that song today).

4 Championship matches on tv this weekend in the States, none with Fulham.:confused:

five minutes to kickoff and it's raining in the Peoples Republic. This may be a good omen.

I don't know why but of all the late goal concessions we've been through these past 3 season, this one seems to hurt quite a bit. So darn close to winning, and then...

Why do we continue to wind up with expensive strikers who would rather play midfield after joining us?

Outplayed in the first half. Reversed it (somewhat) in the 2nd. We created enough chances to win anyway, but a lack of finishing continues to plague us. Hutch will be roasted for his mistake, and it was a bad one, but the match really shouldn't have come down to that, imo.

There's enough there for me to think we'll be better than last year, but not enough to think we'll be a factor for promotion.

I've been reluctant to join the "Kit isn't good enough" camp, but I'm leaning in that direction now.

As we said in the chatroom, unless his wrist injury was the reason Smith was subbed out, then there is no logical reason to take him off. Dembele should have come on for Ross. We had our foot on the gas and lost all our focus when Matt went off. If there's no injury, I may have to stop requesting patience with Kit.

Ouch...I need to watch the replay before I can make any real in game comments, even my internet radio was spotty.
I will say, it sounds like we've got a back 4 that may contain the right personnel (Richards, Amorabieta, Garbutt...) but not available or not in the right place. Tim Ream wont solve our issue at CB and I don't think Hangeland is looking to rejoin us. Though, last year, there were some times I wish he would.
On the other end: I'm not looking forward to seeing Matt Smith fail to finish his chances, Gentleman Jim didn't seem too impressed, but obviously it could have been a different result with a second half goal at home.
Next week a win against Hull and we're 1-1-1 with 4 points, back in the top half, maybe welcoming a few more pieces of the puzzle to the Cottage. Stay positive, its a long way till May.

Y'all enjoy the rest of your weekend,

Crappy highlights that probably will be taken down until official highlights come out:

That first goal from Brighton, it seemed like everyone on our side was asleep - crappy indeed. Nice shot though from Cairney. I was only following the text updates from the match since I was watching my own boy in goal this morning, but from what people said (on the internets, not here) I thought Hutchinson had run out onto the field with an ax, taken LuaLua out at the knees, and then pranced around the field with his severed limbs. It was a foul, but not as horrible as I had imagined and more importantly - clearly outside of the box! They only deserved a dangerous free kick and not a penalty. Even if that had been called correctly, this was still a disappointing match.

The official highlights. Oh, so many missed opportunities in the second half. I like that we are making opportunities, but let's convert a few of them!

Listening to Jim, I didn't realize how open Smith was on three of those headers. I knew that Ross and LVC had crappy games, but I wonder how many Cauley or Moussa would have scored playing in Matt's place.

Elsewhere in the world of insanity, everyone is blaming the loss on Hutchinson, Khan, and Kit. With the three of them doing nothing different, we could easily have won 4-2.
