I'm not sure anymore. If anybody has any issues logging in or wants an account merged with an old one, please let me know (email me at Fulham1879fc at gmail dot com)

If you notice I merged the last forum and the original FulhamUSA boards together. All the threads are on the same site, but I did move the threads from the old boards forums into the new ones. I wasn't sure what was easier to navigate, so I hope the preference is for less forums.

I'm still moving stuff around and hope to have everything finalized in the next day or two. Feel free to browse, post, and let me know if you run into any glitches. I think some of social login features are not quite right?

If you use tapatalk, the site does work with it, but you may need to clear the app's cache or remove the app and download it again to access the forum again.

Site looks great Heather, both mobile and on the pc. Only complaint is that on mobile, you have to scroll past all of the outdated stories you've got on the front page. Is there a way to have them on the site but not have so many up front?

As always, appreciate all you hard work on the site.

If you want to replace them with new content, you're more than welcome.

Speaking of which, it is 50 times easier to move threads to the front page now. None of this going between two different systems and reformatting @HatterDon 's View to look readable. You hit one button to promote, confirm, and voila!

New or old, is there somewhere else on the site they can live? The most recent 2 or 3 makes sense. But I had to scroll past 10 of them just now. On my pc, the recent activity links are right there on the right at the top. But on the phone, they come up after all of the articles.

No worries if you can't. Just a suggestion.

    What are these trophy points?

Trophy points came with the forum software. I was thinking of disabling it, but I suppose we could have some fun with them.

Oh, on the mobile...I think there might be some options to reduce the number of threads that show on the first page, I'll check. I was thinking of that earlier too, how on the mobile it takes awhile to scroll to the recent posts. But then I usually log in and go to the forum and hit "new posts," which is a lot easier to navigate.

Fixed it to 3 threads for the front, that should make it easier for viewing now.

I mostly just read on the phone, so I'd rather skip 3 or more clicks to get to what I want. Saw you changed it, much, much better. Thanks.

Yes, but it's one click on the menu button, hit that drop arrow button for new posts...so much easier. But, then again, I use Tapatalk as well. They do have Tapatalk for free now.

Will have to check that out. I've never messed with Tapatalk before.

It looks great to me. I'm not quite as comfortable with the new version yet but that will just take a little more time. From the above messages it sounds like it's better for those who access via their phones, which I don't do. My bottom line is whatever works best for you Heather ...

I think it's a bit like driving a new car after years and years of driving your old car. I remember after learning how to drive my first car in high school, which a had a stick shift, and then getting a new car with an automatic transmission sometime after graduating college. I think it took about a month for me to completely stop trying to find the clutch with my left foot to start the car.

Everything the old forum had is basically here, it just has more features to shift through, or just looks a little different. Like the last post icon is gone, but the links to the last post are there in form of a permalink either on the title of the thread in the forum list or the date and time on the thread list.

Not sure if anybody noticed but I did an update to the forum's software this morning. One neat-o feature in the upgrade is the multi-quote and reply feature, which you can see in this vid:

If you guys have any questions or suggestions for the board just let me know.

Is one of the changes the cause of my avatar having a pulsing circle attached?

Yes. That online indicator was supposed to happen in the earlier version though. But for whatever reason wasn't working because of either some template error or maybe I had it turned off and it kicked on again? Not sure, if its too annoying I can try to see if there's a way to turn it off again.
