Everton v Fulham

Postby DCHeather » Tue Apr 24, 2012 4:06 pm

Here's SoCalJoe's preview:

http://www.fulhamusa.com/index.php?opti ... &Itemid=57

The game will be shown on Foxsoccer2go live and will be shown on replay at 5pm EST on FSC. Same as last week, and like last week Fulham will get a win. :banana-guitar:

Great preview Joe! This is a huge matchup if we want to start considering a top 10 or even top 7 finish. If we can somehow overcome that daunting streak (had no idea it was that bad!), 3 pts would be incredible for this club. I'll gladly take a point though.

Nice write up, sir. I know better than to exude any sense of hope regarding trips to Goodison.

I just remember the 2-1 loss, where Baird committed a foul in the box late in the game to give a spot kick (and the match) away. To show the bad vibes we get at Goodison, that series of events were started by a WRONG CALL after the ball went over the touch line. For some reason, the ref gave the ball to the Toffees, and NO ONE complained. We woulda had a draw, but got another loss. Ugh. Another of my nightmares.

Nice write-up Joe, Thanks. Please no nightmares and let's hope the whites remember - it's a game of inches. You got to fight for them as RDG pointed out. COYW.

We will win. We will do a merseyside double! We are Fulham and we are awesome.

Honestly, I'm sure we'll lose both games in Liverpool, but there's no time for pessimism! 2-1 at Goodison and 3-1 at Anfield.

Nice write-up, Joe!

Everton are in their usual 2nd half form so they'll be tough. We're a form team also, so this could be an amazing match.

Unusually, I don't have anything going on Saturday, so I'll be able to do a "tape-delayed" match report. I'll also be in the chatroom Saturday morning; look forward to "seeing" you guys.

I'll have to dvr the tape delay and watch it the next day. Going to Columbus for the Crew v Whitecaps match with this group. Should be loads of fun.

I hope the chatroom is hopping and you guys summon up the magic for a victory.

Have a great time Mo! One of the favorite items on the old site were the Witch Reports by the one and only White Witch aka the Godfather's Mother-in-Law. Isn't it time for this type of article to appear here? I for one would like to read about your day out in Columbus (hint, hint 8-) ).

It's on FSC on tape delay, which means I'll be able to watch the Whites two weeks in a row! I'm not sure when the last time that happened was, but it has been awhile. Hopefully Dempsey graces us with another hattrick. All I can do is send some good vibes their way and hope that's the case.

We need Terri and her beads also. I'll check with her on FB and ask if she can make it Saturday morning. She needs some stress relief.

I will give it a try Joe as long as those Serbs at the tailgate dont force me to do any of those slivovitz (or whateva it is) shots. Hopefully the festivities will be restrained to just beer, sausages, and some soccer tennis. I loved those witch reports too. I cant equal them but I suspect Sat. will be a special day so I will do my best to do it justice. Soccer in the USA baby. I think we can say it is here to stay.
