Tough first half. Baird was an idiot to leave his foot out like that though. Unlucky on the OG, but what can you do.

Yes, we needed a striker out there. The chatroom was fun, but would have been better if we had something to cheer about. Stoke at home is next on the agenda. Let's hope Fulham are a little more positive for that one.

What was that lineup?

Dempsey isn't a target man - that wasn't a surprise result but it was pretty ugly.

Zamora scored today. Where's his replacement?

Yes, ugly is an apt word to describe Fulham's performance today. I guess we'll have to ditch the 4-6-0 formation. :-|

The Russian player they signed is waiting on a exit visa from Germany before he can play. At least that is what they said during the game. With AJ and Sa out with injuries that leaves us with a few choices.

Man City have been damn good at home this year, so I wasn't expecting much, but it still sucked to watch.

Time to move on to the next one.

Citeh were 11-0-0 at home going into the game so losing wasn't exactly a shock. Glad to see Mark and Moose are back and as stated Pavel needs to get to Motspur asap. These upcoming 3 fixtures (home to Stoke and Wolves w/a trip to Loftus Rd v the Ha's sandwiched) are going to tell us all if the rest of the season is going to be squeaky bum time the rest of the way.

Was out of town this weekend at mom in law's...no cable, no web...prolly just as well. The highlights on foxsports..com were pi-tee-ful, as Jed Clampett would say. SC, your sixth sense nailed it, unfortunately. Herr Jol better hope Pog and Ruiz start to pan out soon (still don't know why Ruiz was worth 10 million pounds) or it could get ugly. Must win at home vs Stoke? Def, but we can and should do it.

I'd have been less annoyed if we'd added two strikers and let Zamora go. But we've been needing to add a striker for 3 years now and we only do it when we lose one.

As for the match, it was dire. There's usually one match a year on avg that I turn off before it's over. Had it not been for the chatroom, this would have been that match. I couldn't wait for it to be over and it looked like the players for both sides felt the same way for the most part.

Oh well, on to Stoke @ the Cottage. Hopefully the new striker makes his debut. Absent that, hopefully we go back to Ruiz & Dempsey up top. That partnership looked to have some potential. Regardless, we need some kill, kill, kill. :violence-axechase:
